TGS - 31'' Mash Guardrail Machine Highway Guardrail Roll Forming Machine

The Guardrail System is a 31” high W-beam, no blockout system. The Standard Strong Line Posts are spaced at 6’ 3″ with splices either on the posts or between the posts. The TGS™ is tested to both NCHRP Report 350 Test Level 3 and MASH Test Level 3.

With the 31” system height, the W-beam attaches directly to the post, and does not use offset blocks which helps reduce site grading.

1 Hydraulic cantilever decoiler

2 Punching mechanism

Function: punch guard rail connection hole.

3 Main machine consists of: motor, reducer, transmission box, universal drive shaft, gantry type arch frame, main shaft, pressure roller, bearing seat, welded mainframe seat, welded power seat, etc.

4 Hydraulic shearing

5 Electronic Control System

One control cabinet, the molding, fixed length, and cutting are automatically controlled by the computer PLC. The touch screen operation is adopted, and the automatic and manual operation can be freely converted.

6 Hydraulic system

The independent hydraulic pump station consists of an oil pump motor, a hydraulic valve unit, and pipeline auxiliary parts. An oil pump motor drives the pump to output pressure oil. To ensure that the oil is clean, there is an oil filter at the oil pump port. The pressure oil from the pump first enters the pressure regulator system, sets the pressure, and then passes through the channel block. The three-way four-way valve leads to the cylinder. 

The hydraulic pump station system is manufactured in strict accordance with national standards and standards, and the layout is reasonable. Fully consider energy-efficient, reduce waste, and reduce heat sources. The system is independent, and the proper connection point adopts professional sealant to prevent leakage and facilitate maintenance and maintenance.

Among them, the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic valve are all made with the famous brand series and the oil tank is the auxiliary product customized by the professional hydraulic cylinder factory. The maximum working pressure of the system is 25Mpa. The piping layout is simple, the leakage is small, and maintenance and debugging are convenient.
